We buy conventional produce only when organic is not available or when the organic produce is extremely expensive or of poor quality. The amount of organic produce varies from week to week and season to season but averages around 80% organic for fresh produce and about 90% organic for dried goods.
As we stock both Organic and premium conventional produce, all our fruit & vegetables are clearly marked Organic or Conventional in order for customers to make their own purchasing decisions. If you are unsure about anything, please ask our staff.
All Organic produce we sell is certified and has a suffix on the display tag that indicates which Certification body has certified it.
