The Bread & Butter Project comes to Bondi! We're now stocking bread from this fab social enterprise set up by Bourke Street Bakery.
The Bread and Butter Project's mission is to provide training and employment opportunities to communities in need, and at present they are focusing on refugees and asylum seekers. They are a registered charity & completely non-profit. All of the proceeds go back into the training program.
Importantly, their bread is also really good! We're stocking a range of their organic sourdoughs including batards and sliced bread. The range we're stocking includes their White, Wholmeal, 5 Grain, as well as the yummy Fig, Cranberry & Sultana Loaf. We're also stocking the Olive & Rosemary flatbread and the Olive Oil Panini rolls.
