What the *#!* is a Buffin? It's vegan, gluten-free heaven - that's what! It's like a muffin but is gluten free, dairy free and sugar free. They're made with organic buckwheat flour, organic rice flour, almond meal & coconut and are sweetened with apple juice and a very small amount of rice malt. Like our muffins, they have fresh fruit flavours that change each day
Our Frittata is made with Roast Vegetables, Organic Eggs, a little Olive Oil to stop it sticking to the pan, salt & pepper & nothing else!
