An introduction to safely making your own dry salted vegetable ferments
This workshop, held on Tuesday, 17th September, 2013 was a big success and was fully booked out.
Holly spent over two and a half hours teaching the class how to make cabbage & ginger pickles and Kim Chi. There were opportunities to eat several cultures, and there were lots of questions going around. Everybody also had a chance to take home a jar of the vegetables made in class.
